Product guarantee

LITEWERKS GmbH, Robert-Bosch-Str.18, D-78467 Konstanz (hereinafter “LITEWERKS”) guarantees the end customer (hereinafter “Customer”) in accordance with the following provisions that the LITE↯BLOX battery (hereinafter “Products”) delivered to the Customer in the EU incl.
Switzerland & Norway (hereinafter referred to as “products”) within a period of 5 (in words: “five”) years from delivery (warranty period).
years from delivery (warranty period) will be free from defects in material or workmanship.
LITEWERKS shall, at its own discretion and at its own expense, remedy any such defects by repair or delivery of new or refurbished parts.
The warranty extends exclusively to products of the PERFORMANCE / PREMIUM / SMART series.
Other claims of the customer against the manufacturer, in particular for damages, are excluded.
The contractual or statutory rights of the customer against the respective seller are not affected by this guarantee.
Claims under this warranty are only valid if – the product is returned within two months of the date of purchase via the LITE↯BLOX smartphone app or alternatively via our form (see below), – the product shows no signs of damage or wear and tear caused by use other than for its normal purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions (as per the user manual), – the product shows no signs of repairs or other interventions by workshops not authorized by the manufacturer, – only accessories authorized by the manufacturer have been installed in the product, – the serial number has not been removed or defaced.
Claims under the guarantee can only be asserted against the manufacturer within a preclusive period of two months after the occurrence of the guarantee case or, in the case of defects that are not immediately recognizable, within two months of their discovery, upon presentation of the original invoice with the date of purchase.
LITEWERKS shall bear the costs of sending and returning the product.
However, if LITEWERKS or the responsible customer service has named a specific freight company to the customer for the shipment and the customer uses a different freight company, LITEWERKS shall not be liable for the costs of the shipment.
If warranty claims are asserted and the inspection of the product by LITEWERKS or the responsible customer service reveals that there was no defect or that the warranty claim does not exist for one of the above-mentioned reasons, LITEWERKS shall be entitled to charge a service fee of EUR 85.
This shall not apply if the customer proves that he could not recognize from the circumstances that the warranty claim did not exist.
This warranty shall apply to the extent and under the conditions set out above (including the presentation of proof of purchase in the event of resale) exclusively to the original purchaser within the territorial scope of application.
This guarantee is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Warranty form
