Our long-standing partner SEEBACH Vehicle Technology has always been dedicated to optimizing the performance of sports cars from Zuffenhausen and has entered various vehicles in the PORSCHE SPORTS CUP.
In the latest project vehicle, a comparatively light Porsche 992 GT3 from WALZWERK-Motorcyclesthe series weight has been further reduced through the use of various performance components.
For the current GT3, our LITE BLOX Premium series replaces the model PR60XX (Tracktool) or PR80XX (road use) the Li-ion starter battery installed as standard, thus saving almost 7kg and, thanks to the innovative app control additional protection against theft:
Since the heavy car battery in all water-cooled Porsche models is installed just below the windshield and thus has a comparatively high center of gravity, the potential for weight savings is particularly high here by using a lightweight lithium-based battery (approx. 7-20 kg depending on the equipment and model variant of the current 992).
